Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Opened or used e-liquid products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Consumable items (e.g., coils, wicks, and accessories) once opened or used.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@bangvapor.de with your order number, reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details or images (if applicable).
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that the product is protected from damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow up to 1 business days for processing.
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 day of receiving the order with the following information:

Description and photo(s) of the damaged/defective product.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
Late Returns
Returns or exchanges requested after the 15 day return period will not be accepted unless the product is defective or there was an issue with the original shipment.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item, so we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
