At Bangvapor, our ultimate goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to assist you with returns and exchanges in accordance with our policy below.
Return and exchange policy
The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange:
Return/exchange period: All returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition of the product: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Excluded items: Certain items are excluded from return and refund, including:
Opened or used e-liquids (for hygiene and safety reasons).
Consumables (e.g., vaporizer heads, wicks, and accessories) after opening or use.
Gift vouchers and promotional items.
Items marked as „Final Sale“ or „Non-Returnable.“.
How to request a return or exchange
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us: Contact our customer service team at support@bangvapor.de and provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details or images (if applicable).
Return authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if you meet the requirements, provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item.
Shipping the item: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging. Make sure that the product is protected from damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with the order.
Processing the return: Once we have received the returned item and checked its condition, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow up to one business day for processing.

Refund method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Partial refunds: If the returned item is damaged, parts are missing, or it is not in its original condition, we may refund only part of the purchase price. The amount of the refund depends on the condition of the returned product.
exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for another item, please let us know when you contact our customer service team. We will then send you further instructions. The replacement item will be shipped as soon as we have received the returned item and checked that it is suitable.
Damaged or defective items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Description and photo(s) of the damaged/defective product.
We offer you a free replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items.
Late returns
Returns or exchanges requested after the 15-day return period has expired can only be accepted if the product is defective or there was a problem with the original delivery.
shipping costs
The customer bears the cost of returning an item, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order. We recommend that you use a tracking service for your return shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the return shipment and therefore cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellation may not be possible after shipment. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount.
